Sanjiv Kapoor

Generics & Specialities was founded by Mr. Sanjiv Kapoor who is the Group Managing Director. Sanjiv holds a Masters degree in Economics has over 30 years of varied experience in Africa.
Kartik Kapoor
Managing Director
Kartik Kapoor holds an economics degree from Vassar College, USA and a post-graduate business management degree from IE Business School in Madrid. He has worked with IMF in Washington DC and has recently joined the business as Director
Pradheep Cherilath
Group CEO
Pradheep Cherilath brings over 33 years of extensive multifaceted experience to the pharmaceutical industry. His career spans 25 years of international engagements across East and Southern Africa, notably with companies such as Core Parenterals, Ranbaxy, Cadila Pharma, Glenmark, Emcure, and Opera Pharma. Most recently, Pradheep served as Head of East and Southern Africa at Axa Parenterals.
Raghavendra Rao
Group CFO
Raghavendra Rao is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of ISACA, USA and IIA, UK. He has experience in the field of finance, audit and general administration at various organisations specialising in manufacturing, hospitality and trading across India, Uganda and Tanzania.
Vinit Chaudhari
Country Head, Angola
Vinit is an MBA graduate of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has over 12 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical field in various countries across Africa, including Angola, DRC, Nigeria, Ghana. Vinit has spent the first 12 years of his career with Shalina Healthcare gaining an in depth understanding of Pharmaceutical sales in Angola, DRC and Nigeria.
Arun Gopal Shenoy
Country Head, Mozambique
Arun is an M. Pharm and accomplished professional with cross functional experience of 20 years (12 years international + 8 years in India) across 28 countries in Europe, CIS and Africa. Arun has vast experience with the likes of IPCA Laboratories, Indchemie Health, Ajanta Pharma and Megant Pharma. Most recently, Arun was GM Sales & Marketing, International Markets for Abacus Parentral Drugs Limited.
